Paid memberships renew every month on the same date until cancelled, and are billed to your bank account by ACH debit. You’ll see the exact amount and authorize it before joining. Cancel anytime in My Account › Rewards & Membership; your benefits run to the end of the month you’ve paid for. Partial months aren’t refunded. Shipping benefits apply to eligible orders shipped within the United States; VIP priority shipping depends on the carrier services available for your address.

Questions
What counts as an eligible purchase?
Product purchases after discounts. Points aren’t earned on shipping, shipping protection, taxes, membership fees, or the part of an order paid with points. Points earned on an order are reversed if it’s cancelled or refunded.
When can I use my points?
Points are pending while your order is being prepared and become available once it ships. Use them on any future order at checkout.
How am I billed?
Paid plans are billed monthly from your US checking account by ACH debit, on the same date each month. We email a reminder a few days before every renewal.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime from My Account. Upgrades start immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the month; downgrades take effect at your next renewal. If you cancel, benefits continue until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
How does the VIP monthly Recon work?
Each paid VIP month includes one complimentary Recon solution. Add it to any order that month and it’s free at checkout. Unused Recon doesn’t roll over to the next month.
Do points have cash value?
No. Points can only be used on nexalabs.shop orders, can’t be transferred, and can’t be exchanged for cash.
