Research Use Policy
Nexa Labs supplies analytical-grade biochemical reference standards and laboratory research materials to qualified research customers. Materials are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, analytical method development, identity verification, and laboratory evaluation.
Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, dietary supplementation, dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind.
Qualified Buyer Policy
Materials are supplied only to qualified research customers, including academic institutions, biotechnology companies, contract research organizations, analytical laboratories, and other qualified research purchasers.
Before an order can be completed, each buyer must identify the research category the purchase is intended for and confirm qualified research use. Orders that do not meet these conditions are not processed.
Access to this site is restricted to visitors 21 years of age or older.
Prohibited Use
Materials supplied by Nexa Labs must not be used for:
- Human or animal consumption
- Therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic use
- Dietary supplementation
- Dosing, injection, ingestion, or administration of any kind
- Resale or onward distribution for any of the purposes listed above
By placing an order, the buyer represents that the materials will be used solely for qualified laboratory research or analytical use, and confirms they will not be used for human or animal consumption or administration.
Documentation Standards
Each product is supported by lot-level documentation. Certificate of Analysis access is available for review where available, covering identity confirmation and purity determination by independent analytical testing.

Restricted Materials
Nexa Labs does not supply materials, accept orders, or support use cases that are unsupported under applicable platform, acquirer, card network, or legal requirements.
Nexa Labs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that does not meet the conditions of this policy, including orders where the stated purpose, buyer category, or intended use falls outside qualified laboratory research.
